By booking a conference room, hall or paid seat at a Research Bureau event, the booking party agrees to the refund and cancellation terms set out below.
Bookings are confirmed only once the applicable hire charges and security deposit have been received in full. Cancellation refunds are calculated as a percentage of hire charges, based on notice given.

A security deposit plus 100% of hire charges is collected at booking. On cancellation, the deposit plus any balance after deduction is refunded within 20 days. Where an event proceeds, excess amount after the final bill plus the full deposit is refunded within 20 days of the event.
All refunds are processed by NEFT to the account provided at booking. Allow up to 20 working days depending on your bank.
